11 Tools To Find Email Addresses Within Seconds.

Some claim that it is a superpower to communicate with anyone on earth. I used cold emails from Forbes Billionaire to raise $1,000,000 of dollars. My initial approach to the buyer was via a very tactical cold e-mail when I sold the business. Using this software tool, I got their email address.
Yet how can you get an email from anyone so that you can start the conversation? Do you want a startup to get a Forbes article and just need to learn email of the reporter?

Are you a podcast host who struggles to find the guest's email that you really want? I used the 11 resources below to get my first 11 guests who helped me to access five million in total.
Finally, perhaps you're a seller who needs to look for a prospect by email so that this month you can close down and beat your target.

Here are the 11 email finders that I use to search everybody on earth for emails.

1. eTools

This is probably the easiest to use software, and I like that, because 50 free emails can be searched. You won't mostly touch it (I just use it 20 times a month). You simply type in the web site for which you wish to send emails, and eTools finds all the related emails.

2. Send Later

Use SendLater to send the e-mail you would search with eTools. I have 3 times as much replies to my emails as I had before I used the tool when I started using this tool. I use it, for example, to schedule later communications. If I want somebody to pay attention, I'm going to write an e-mail next morning at 5 a.m. and it's up at the front of your inbox. I always remind all my e-mails that I sent: "If you do not open or delete your e-mail within two days, return the e-mail to my top of the box."
This leaves space on the brain to remember. This software is just like Gmail's or Followup.cc's Boomerang except for it's free, loads faster and auto-follow-up.

3. Toofr

Toofr is an email finde if you know the name of people and the website to which the person is connected. Only add the name and website and Toofr will show the emails you need.

4. Email Hunter

Go to the company's website and click the button that is the chrome extension of Email Hunter. Each email connected with their domain name will be sent to you. Copy your email address and use MailTester below to check the email address before sending an email if Email Hunter does not give you 100 percent trust.

5. EmailForCorporations

Go to your website and click on the industry in which you are looking to find someone, search the list. This email address finder is free and does not need authentication and research is accomplished.

6. CEO Email Addresses

Use this business email finder to quickly find the email address for the CEO you're searching for and can't find their email address. Choose the sector you would like to check and then press for an email to the CEO name.

7. SnapBird

Several people have previously shared an e-mail or tweeted details about their e-mail. SnapBird detects tweets and gives them to you easily with email content. The twitter user you would like to email has many times tweeted their exact contact previously. This email finder just picks up that email address for you. Just copy that email address and use it.

8. MailTester

I always go to MailTester.com to supplement the email to see whether its 100% accurate or not. Once I have an email, but I'm not sure it's true I go to this verifier to confirm the validity of the email address.

Mailtester usually give me a good sign, but otherwise I will use one of the two tools below.

9. Email Breaker

Although sometimes Email Breaker confirms an email that MailTester cannot. It is identical to MailTester. This is related to how they look at the background for emails. Try the other to check the email address if the one doesn't work.

10. Email Checker

Enter an email and this email verifier tells you whether or not it's a genuine email.

11. Datanyze

If you want more than just a tool for the e-mail search, Datanyze is fit for you. In addition to informing you alexa ranking, a keyword offering of every website, and a lot more, it does what Email Hunter does exactly.

12. Findemailaddress.co

Findemailaddress.co is both a business email finder as well as a personal email finder. This tool is relatively new in the market but it has already become the talk of the town due to its high accuracy of 98 percent. This email address finder requires the name of your prospect and the name of the company they work. Once this information is fed to this tool, this Email Address Finder free will do all the work, sift through millions of pages on the internet and bring out the email address that you’ve been looking for.

We hope this list of email finders will assist you in your quest for the coveted email address of your potential leads. We wish you all the best for your prospecting efforts.

A List Of Accurate Email Finders

No one wants to hear that hundreds of email addresses are to be researched, selected and checked in the next week. It's boring enough to make you indulgent, but every mistake is costly. In other words, it is a painstaking process of marketing that we all love hating.

Indeed, if all of them are blocked by spam filters, 500 emails are not fine.

I performed a test on the Email Finder by company and had an explanation of why many of the email finders were worse than they were before.
Now let's get to the test.

The e-mail address check

There is hardly any value in comparing these tools without a standardized test.

I asked them to find email addresses that we already knew in order to put these resources in their measures. So there is no doubt about the accuracy of the tools.

I used five people: Mike Butcher, Bryan Clark, Justin Mifsud, Ina Fried, Benjamin Brandall.
Justin's email is private, but UG's are very public, and the other four have emails connected to their domain but ads differ.

All Google results show Ben, Bryan and Ina to suggest their right e-mail address for work while Mike has his LinkedIn profile on view.

Tested email finders

Let’s begin.

1. Slik Prospector

Slik Prospector is a Chrome extension that allows you to collect addresses from people through their LinkedIn profile. Only press Slik on the additional button on your profile, and you're ready to receive the text. I have high hopes for this device with a 95 percent deliverability score. It is easy to use, includes several glittering ProductHunt commentaries and is able to export the leads to a CSV format.
When you sign up (if one is not found then it doesn't count) you will get 25 free verified email searches and then start at $30 a month for an additional 300 credits a month.

The decision

Slik is delivered fairly and has a reasonable success rate for the email. After a two-point analysis, it even told me that the email we had for Ina Fried was incorrect, which indicates that there were additional examples.

I cannot suggest, however, both on the basis of the fraudulent email sent by Ben and the implications behind it.

You can't expect an email to automatically solve all your issues – but the greatest problem here is a lack of user feedback from Slik. You can't expect a tool to solve all of the problems.

If I didn't know it already I wouldn't know that the e-mail was false without my own verification, and I'd probably be able to check them myself if I only checked for e-mail without a tool.

You would have to twice check every email address because there is no idea what emails could be fraudulent.

2. RocketReach

RocketReach is a web-based application that enables you to find a URL for emails for a name, business or LinkedIn Profile. It's a simple halfway between applications that locate email addresses from the region of the business and those that are searching for emails from certain individuals.
RocketReach also offers access to the social media profiles of your searched host.

The Decision

It was a little better than Slik for RocketReach, but it can only find all the e-mail addresses that it can find for 3 searches.

Like Slik, there is no way to know if the email you get is correct or not without manually checking email addresses. This makes it impossible for the tool to provide value by itself – all must be tested, which means further work for the user.

This also makes me feel that the price plans are somewhat limiting. RocketReach's only redeeming factor is the width of information you are provided for each search without any kind of verification.

3. Hunter

Hunter is a web-based Chrome plug-in for rapid use email search tool.

You can search for a company domain and list each email address that you can find in that domain – without knowing the domain you cannot search for a person. It also offers a ' trust score ' for each result, displays the websites from which the address was received and has a separate tool to check how often an email will bounce.

The Decision

Although I've had to use multiple requests to find the results for individuals, Hunter is perfect for email searches. The secret here is the user input that is so desperately lacking from Slik and RocketReach.

This gives you the opportunity to see from the sources e-mails in Google have been taken and the probability of the emails being right.

Hunter offers the detail you need to determine whether you need to search it yourself, not to pull the address from seemingly none of the pages. It gives you enough information, instead of choosing for you, to take a calculated risk.

Additionally, you can use the test feature to get a better feel for the validity of the address without leaving the site if you are uncertain about an email.

4. Clearbit Connect

The free Gmail extension is Clearbit Connect, allowing you to search a domain for 40 E-Mail addresses a month.

Connect's principal benefit is that it is possible to use it without leaving Gmail – by downloading it, you can check for email addresses with a button above your Gmail app. You must then select it to create a new message for that person if you find one you want to use.

The Decision

Clearbit Connect faces the same trap as Slik and RocketReach – an absence of clear verification – although easy to use and reasonably successful.

Again, even if more email searches are correct than not, you can't sure whether they are manually checked by you, which effectively prevents it from being an Gmail plugin.

Having said this, the ease with which Connect is made ideal for a peculiar email search if you want to pitch in a blog, say, a certain writer.
